The new Backfabrik of Rossi pupil Marc Kocher

Initially there was an article in WELT about the artful architectural drawings of the 35-year-old architect Marc Kocher. Hargen Bartels, the client, was planning the revitalisation of the old Backfabrik in Prenzlauer Berg and, after reading the article, knew who should draw the designs for the conversion of the complex in the vicinity of Alexanderplatz.
